MAD CHAP ON HUDSON

I wonder what's up with the guy who hangs with a doll outside the red cafe on Hudson Street?

He wears a Middle Eastern head scarf, flared jeans, thick headphones, mirrored aviators and a white scarf around his neck with the word 'asshole' written on it.

I mean.... I was wearing that in 98.
