MONDAY 12th JANUARY : GIVE ME LAUGHTER, GIVE ME...

Finally made it to see the epic LOTR last night. The story as I see it is a bunch of hobbits leave home, have a few drinks and dance about then everyone has a fight. It all ends up with one of them getting his girlfriend pregnant....

The interesting thing about watching films in cinemas in the States is the audience interaction with the screen. Whilst an English audiience may watch a three and a half hour movie in silence - the American audience clap and cheer as the story goes along. All that emotion, eh? They're worse than bolody hobbits!
